I don’t believe there’s a single, best “diet” for every person to follow, for always, and forever. Life changes, you change, so too does your nutrition needs. 

Therefore, I’m open to looking at anything and every different lifestyle out there that you want to try. I’m happy to help you find the best one for you, no matter your dietary preferences.  Whether it be one of these, all of these or none of these; Paleo, Keto, Low Carb, Intermittent Fasting… There is no one size fits all. Together we can find a lifestyle that gels with you
